Return / Exchange Policy

Each manufacture has its own return and exchange policy as listed below:

Revlon / Tressallure / Adolfo
1 - Claims for any errors will not be allowed unless made in writing to us within 10 days of receipt of goods.
2 - Claims for damages must be filed directly with carrier.  We are not responsible for damage sustained in shipment as all shipments are received by carrier in first class condition.
3 - No returns will be accepted without our written Return Goods Authorization (RGA).  The RGA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box.  Returns will be accepted for exchange or product defect only.
4 - Authorized returns, for any reason, must be shipped freight prepaid as we have no provision to accept freight collect shipments.  Freight collect shipments will be refused.  No handling charges will be accepted by us and any freight reimbursement will be based on the least expensive method of shipment.
5 - There will be no charge for exchanges provided the wig has not been worn, cut or abused in any way, and an RGA is requested within 7 days of your receipt of goods.  Freight charges are solely your responsibility.  Exchanges requested after 7 days of your receipt of goods will incur a restocking fee of $10.00 or 15% (whichever is greater).
6 - Where returns are accepted for product defect, we will reship the same style and color (when available) at no cost, and with prepaid freight.  As stated above, an RGA is required.
7 - When a check issued by you fails to clear, we will impose a fee of $20, which is charged to us by our bank;  that charge will be increased or reduced depending on any adjustments our bank may make.
8 - Should an order shipped to you be refused, freight charges will be added to the re-shipment or subsequent order.

Forever Young by Troika International
1 - 15% restocking fee on all unused returned items.  Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
2 - For exchanges, reshipping fees will charged.
3 - No returns on clearance / sale items.
4 - Used items are not returnable or exchangeable.
5 - Items must be returned within 2 weeks of original invoice date and in original package for credit.
6 - TT colors will be charged $1.00 extra.
7 - Any indications of damage or usage that prevents re-sell will not be returnable.

Henry Margu
1 - Any claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
2 - No returns will be accepted without our written authorization.
3 - Claims for damages must be filed directly with carrier.  We are not responsible for damage sustained in shipment as all shipments are received by carrier in first class condition.

Motown Tress / European Naturals / Sister Tress
Damaged/Lost Merchandise - If you receive goods in damaged box(es), verify the extent of the damage with the delivery person and request immediate inspection for filing claims later by you. If you find concealed damage(s), DO NOT remove contents, but call the carrier for inspection and report. Our experienced staff will assist you, should this situation arise. In case a shipment is lost in transit, we will replace the goods or credit your account as soon as such loss can be confirmed by the carrier.

Returns - No Returns will be Accepted without our Return Authorization Number (RMA)
This number must be promininently marked on the top of return box(es).
No cash refund for returned merchandise.
RMA may be obtained by:
(1) Requesting the return within 5 days of receipt of goods.
(2) Providing a detailed list of item(s) to be returned.
(3) A reasonable cause for return.

Properly returned merchandise will be replaced or it's value credited to your account only if:
(1) Your return has a valid RMA.
(2) Merchandise is in the original package and never brushed or tried on.
(3) Original packing slip and a copy of original invoice are enclosed.
(4) Return freight is pre-paid by you.

Defective products or wrong shipments will be credited or replaced free of any charges; all other returns will be charged $12.00 or 15% of invoice value, whichever is greater, for refurbishing inventory.

Expressions by Ezwigs

*Please note - Since each purchase is delivered directly from the manufacturing company, exchanges may incur 2 shipping fees since manufactures do not allow direct returns from the public. When we issue an RMA, we will inform the customer of all fees involved in the exchange.
